- Average investment duration spans 10 to 14 months. Upon project culmination, we facilitate seamless capital transfer for subsequent ventures.
- Profit distribution from the project adheres to a 50:50 arrangement.

- Property Acquisition: We collaborate with the client in the purchase of properties for renovation. The client acquires the property independently and finances the renovation.
- Renovation Process: Our team manages the property renovation process. We prioritize high-quality execution while simultaneously optimizing costs.
- Sales: Upon completion of the renovation, we handle the property's sale, aiming to achieve the highest possible profit. After the sale, we share the profit with the client on a 50:50 basis.
